These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of arborleadsco.com (the "Site") and any services, communications, or content provided by ArborLeads ("ArborLeads," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

ArborLeads is a brand operated by CSC Comercial LLC, a Florida limited liability company, providing lead-generation and marketing services for tree service businesses in the United States. 2. The Site and our services

This Site is an informational and marketing page that lets tree service business owners learn about our services and request a free strategy call or county audit. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted; it does not create a binding service agreement. Any engagement for paid services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and ArborLeads.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to submit a request or enter into an agreement with us.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the ArborLeads name and brand, is owned by ArborLeads or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

6. No guarantee of results

Any figures, examples, or testimonials on the Site (including lead volumes or job estimates) are illustrative and not guarantees. Results depend on many factors, including your market, ad budget, capacity, follow-up, and pricing. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, jobs, or revenue. Specific commitments, if any, are set out in a separate service agreement.

The Site uses and may link to third-party services (for example, form and CRM providers, advertising and analytics platforms, and scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
